Team Travel Management (previously trading as TEAM Sports Travel) forms part of one of the largest diversified global tour operators, Tourvest Destination Management. With over 25 years’ experience we offer personalised travel and unique touring opportunities for schools, clubs and universities alike.
Team Travel Management specialises in group sports travel, offering a diverse range of sport, academic and music tours to a variety of destinations globally at an exceptional standard.
Our team has a wealth of knowledge and an expert skill set which allows us to deliver unforgettable touring experiences which meet your groups’ learning objectives as well as your budget.
We pride ourselves on our service and professionalism which will be evident from our first meeting with you, through the planning process, your tour and beyond. We provide a dedicated Account Manager to work with you from start to finish, thus providing a personalised approach. On each tour a Team Travel Management manager will travel with your group and manage the travel elements of the tour, allowing your staff to concentrate on the students, their coaching and teaching, allowing them an enjoyable & relaxed tour experience themselves!
An event which we are exceptionally proud of, is our very own Cape Town International Schools Hockey Festival, which is an international school’s hockey festival for boys and girls in the U18 age group. The event is oversubscribed annually due to its popularity and the participating teams are now limited to 48 schools, with 24 boys’ teams and 24 girls’ teams. The team at our Team Travel Management office in Cape Town receives and manages all our inbound groups and accompanies each group throughout.
The event is held annually in the 3rd week of July, taking place at the base of Table Mountain, in the heart of the Mother City, that is Cape Town. The festival plays host to teams from all over the globe, mainly from England, Scotland, Zimbabwe, Australia, Namibia, the Netherlands, together with schools from Cape Town and surrounding regions.
